Merry Christmas!

Some last minute making....

in the kitchen!

This is a favourite recipe from my childhood with a little modern twist,

and it's called "White Christmas"!

And what would Christmas be without homemade shortbread....

Yum!

And here are a couple of my favourite Christmas decorations

 from years past...

And one last stocking stuffer- a tissue cosy cover !

And I will leave you with my favourite Christmas Carol by one of

my favourite singers, Eva Cassidy.

(Apologies for the advertising!)

Merry Christmas everyone!

The white Christmas brings back lots of memories and I love the containers.I may just have to make shortbread tomorrow. The ornaments have special memories don't they, it make it fun to dress the tree each year.

I don't know what your White Christmas treat tastes like, but it sure is a pretty presentation in those little cups. I need to find some of those. I love shortbread, too. Ok, I'll be over for tea too!
